Fan Jiyue, male, Han nationality, born in March 1972, native of southern Sichuan Province, joined the Communist Party of China in January 1994, started to work in July 1996, graduated from Chengdu University of Technology, majoring in Quaternary Geology, Doctor degree, Doctor of Science. Currently, he is Deputy Secretary of the CPC Panzhihua Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and candidate for mayor.
